Patty was born and raised in Chicago, and her dad was too. Those hometown flavors—deep-dish tradition, Italian comfort, and a little Midwest pride—became the heart of the menu.

The first Scalisi’s Chicago Style Pizza and More opened in Pharr, TX, bringing a different taste and environment to the Rio Grande Valley. Chicago memorabilia on the walls and made-from-scratch plates on the tables.
